IB to PE or Tech Startup CFO

Hey everyone longtime lurker here but had a unique opportunity that I was curious regarding everyone’s thoughts on. I’m currently an analyst at a top BB (GS/MS/JPM) and have a PE offer for a UMM/MM firm (> $5 bn dollar fund). I was set on it but got an offer recently to be CFO/Head of Finance for a tech startup making low double digit ARR ($mm). I’m very conflicted now what I should do optimizing for long term financial gain. One on hand the PE offer would keep me on a path of financial stability and lead to consistent compensation growth while the startup is obviously more variable but even in the event of an exit I would stand to make a few million but would the path after that be? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated!
