Looking for a boutique LMM buy-side advisor that can help with transactions fitting the following profile:
- $20MM - $100MM in revenue.
- Distressed/turnarounds.
- DTC/eCommerce.
- US-based - bonus points for mountain region.
Any suggestions? I don't mind working with 1-man boutiques and given how small these deals are, working with a big brand name is obviously an no-go/doesn't pencil out due to fees.
