Do you have any specific questions?

High level it’s a good fund, crushed fundraising when they raised a year or two ago. They invest across a few different climate sectors (e.g., renewables, sustainable materials, etc.). The people are smart and seem to enjoy what they do, plus I’d say they’re nicer than your typical MF buyout employee. Team is decently sized and sits mainly between SF/NY.

 

For large infra managers with transition funds it's basically just an allocation where they can park eligible assets with potentially slightly lower return expectations by their LP vs their flagship funds. In practice I don't think there is much day to day difference vs working for their regular funds and often all but the most senior staff will be working across funds anyway.
