Information on Advent International Healthcare?

I just received an offer from Advent International's Healthcare group. I'm very excited, but was wondering if anyone had any more information regarding the group.

Do you have any info on the deal by deal carry mechanics? Like, what % of the deal carry pool would someone get at the VP level? Saw someone mention this on another thread, but he/she said they weren't sure if they got it right. Thanks

I work at an EB covering mostly HC and they’re involved in just about every process. Their investments have been pretty solid and if it’s an industry you like and you liked the team, I’d take it if you want MF. It’s also a consultant-friendly shop, and a lot of MFs just don’t hire that many consultants so you’d feel at home I think. Off cycle is even less structured and more arbitrary so who knows if you’ll land something better (again if you want MF, most people take the one that they get). All these MF groups have only a couple seats btw, so I’d rethink posting your background and saying you’re thinking about not taking the offer tbh

Edit: grammar

I accepted the offer! Thanks for the advice and will definitely be more careful moving forward.
