Infra / project finance modeling
I recently found interest in infrastructure PE and wanted to learn more about this asset class and brush up my knowledge & technical skills around it.
In light of that, I wanted to ask if anyone has a sample case for a project finance model or even a template that they have handy and could share? I couldn’t find any resources online that didn’t cost an arm and a leg so I thought I’d reach out and see if anyone’s kind enough to share with me and/or point me to resources that they found helpful.

Practice Through Case Studies: Many infrastructure PE funds include modeling tests during recruitment. Practicing these tests is one of the best ways to learn. If you can get your hands on sample tests, it will help you build models from scratch and understand the nuances of infrastructure assets.
Community Sharing: Some WSO users have mentioned that they are willing to share materials, including modeling tests they’ve built for recruitment purposes. You might consider reaching out to them directly via PM on the forum.
