Not sure on culture but weren’t some of the threads here saying they pay $5-25mm+ a year for mid 20s to late 20s analysts and early promote partners?
That’s gotta be figured for sr analysts and partners so at least 6-8 YOE I’m guessing? Anyone have figured for fresh analysts, and how comp scales?
Why do they have so many analysts compared to Light Street / Altimeter?
