Just hold a conversation, it'll probably be a lot of talking. Ask questions to make you seem really eager, etc

I didn't do anything my first day

ofc I'm not a big PE firm

DorianGrayWow, I'm reading this at my first day at my internship at a PE firm and this is utterly useless. My MD is meeting with the other intern right now face-to-face and I decided to wait by reading these forums.

Good job WSO. Pathetic.

It's a stupid question because it's been covered countless times on this forum. If you're sitting at work on your first day and just now starting to look for tips on what you should be doing, that's entirely your fault.
