Is anyone interviewing for 2026 right now?

I’m trying to interview for 2026 roles but haven’t been able to get an interview (started looking a month ago). I got in touch with all the headhunters and they gave me the names a few firms that were looking and matched my criteria, but they never followed up after I said I was interested. Are processes slow right now since it’s summer or should I be worried?
