Job opportunities - Big 4 Valuations vs. A&M vs. PE ops role

I am currently a senior associate in a big4 valuations group and have a few opportunities I would like some input on. I am considering leaving the firm for one of the roles below, or I can stay with the group and aim for 2022 manager promo and look for a new position at that point. My group does audit support work and will be busy (70-80 hours a week) the first 4 months of the year which would be ideal to avoid, but not a deal breaker as I have done it historically.

  1. Stay with big 4 and be on track to be promoted to manager in 2022. This work entails PE/VC valuation for FS reporting, 409a, and valuation advisory. Full time WFH with occasional travel to office, a couple days a month. Projected all in at $145K for 2022. Work hours vary by time of year but typically slow down to 40-50 hours a week outside of busy season support.
  2. Have an offer to transfer to A&M within their valuations group as a senior with promotion to manager expected in 2022. This work would entail 409a, FS reporting, litigation, etc. Full time remote with occasional travel to home office in another metro, a couple days a month. Projected all in at $130K for 2022 (not eligible for bonus until 2023) with bonus of 20-40% going forward. Hear the group works 40ish hours a week on average and is consistent throughout the year.
  3. Have an offer with a large PE shop in their smaller growth equity group on the operations side (middle office /back office) as a senior associate. This work would entail Portfolio ops/mgmt, fundraising support, and biz dev. Currently in office a couple days a week with unknown of what that will like post-covid (whenever that occurs), this is in a major market and would require 45 min-1 hour commute each way. Projected all in at $160k for 2022. Hours would vary but guess they will average 60 per week.

I am honestly torn between what to do here and would appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thanks in advance!
