Joining FO at 2 YOE?
Got a fantastic offer for a small family office (FO) (TC 140k) in a LCOL area. Seems like incredibly strong upward mobility, interesting work, and great culture. Alternative would be strong heavy travel Strat ops consulting gig (TC 160k) but much worse WLB. Leaning heavily towards FO, any downsides?
