KKR Scholars Program 2025

I am currently a first-year college student pursuing IB/PE, and I recently got a invite to for a 1st round HireVue for KKR's Scholar Program. From the people that have done it before, what did the program look like? What was the interview process like? Is it competitive?

Since nobody commented on this and I finished it yesterday, this will be for next year’s applicants who eventually search on WSO.

It’s two questions and you are given only one try at recording your answers.

The first one is tell us about yourself/background.

The second one is tell us about a time you struggled/encountered an issue professionally/academically/in a team setting/etc. Basically the question where you have pre-planned stories. Use the STAR method and say how you persevered and the lesson you got from it.

Very simple behavioral questions, nothing crazy.
