Dont think they went oncycle for 2024 or 2025 start. Also from looking at their associates it looks like its a lot of mid bb industrials ppl
Also interested. From my knowledge, recruit late in off-cycle, HH is SearchOne(unless they changed) and model test are notoriously difficult. Curious if others have more info.
Can confirm from my perspective they recruit later in off cycle. Searchone reached out to me about them about a month ago. However, I don’t know if they did some recruiting prior to that and there’s no guarantee that timeline is the same year to year.
Were they reaching out to you for a 2024 or 2025 start?
