LATAM PE Analyst looking to transfer to US
I'm currently working for one of the top PE funds in a LATAM country, Analyst with 1-2 yrs experience, and looking to move back to the US and continue working in PE. Any tips on how to make the transition to the US or to be competitive in recruiting?
Any tips, recommendations, or help is appreciated!
FYI, visa isn't an issue, I have US nationality.
