Lateraling
So I’ve been at my gig for a year now. Looking to lateral but unsure of 1.) whether I should wait until the new year to make an attempt to network/job hunt and 2.) whether it’s a realistic possibility given the current market conditions. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts
