Are you aware of any LBO of an ISP?
I cannot find references. I wonder if there are any.
Relatively stable and predictable cash flows, possible economies of scale and many other factors bring a question of why not to have one.
I would appreciate a reference to a transaction or ideas as why this is not happening.
