LMM PE Associate Compensation - Low Tier City (Base & Bonus)

I have a B4 accounting background (no IB) and would be joining as a Private Equity Associate in a lower-cost city. What would be a reasonable base salary and annual bonus for this role. The firm follows two strategies:
1. Roll-up acquisitions
2. Traditional buyouts (buy, hold and sell), 3-5x EV/EBITDA with debt financing/sf/earnouts representing roughly 75% of enterprise value.
The firm focuses on acquiring companies with $1-8 million of EBITDA.

They raise funds on a deal-by-deal basis. They have no problems raising capital because of their relationships with regional banks and the cash flows generated from their other companies (some companies they have not sold and continue to hold for cash flow). They typically close around 4–6 deals/year. The founder previously worked in corporate development.
