LMM PE Comp - CLT/ATL

Wondering if anyone can provide a range on LMM PE Comp at the Aso and VP level, specifically interested in CLT and ATL. Also feel free to share any decent shops in these cities with good investing profiles. Thanks.

CLT: Pamlico, Ridgemont probably closest to blue chip. I think legacy Barings might have opened an office there but not sure what's happened to it. Underneath those two, some good smaller firms: Falfurious, Frontier, Carousel

ATL: Accel-KKR and Roarke are probably biggest. Roarke is a very specific strategy (franchises). Primus is smaller but very good returns (but also notable midlevel turnover so culture can't be great). Resurgens is an up and comer but it's fairly new.

Comp for the main MM/LMM firms in charlotte (those being Ridgemont/Pamlico/Falfurrias/Carousel/Summit Park) tends to be around 130-140 base for the associate role. (Ignore title, I work for one of these firms)
