Loans origination interview

Hello all,

I'm currently a buy-side analyst covering liquid loans and have an interview for a sell-side (loans origination) position at a tier-1 European bank this week (associate level).

Anyone here on the origination side would be willing to share some tips on topics to revise? In addition to that, could you help me with the below?

1) How do you define the covenants for a new loan? Assuming a non-cov-lite environment.

2) How do you determine the structure of the credit facility (i.e. term loan/amortising term loan/ tenor of loan etc) that would suit the company the most?

3) How do I come up with a pricing proposal? How do you determine the pricing apart from the credit profile of the target company and investors' appetite? Is this defined by just looking at market comps?

Thanks a lot!
