M Capital Group? Interview, Work Culture?

I am check, as I have an interview with M Capital Group, MCG with offices in London, New York and Dubai?

That is weird.  I made some research....It seems  the managing partner was CEO at Jefferies, and worked at Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas?  He is currently also on the NYU Global President Council of NYU, and University of London, and  also went to Columbia Business School?  Also they have various references, like Chairman's and CEO's of other companies, which I talked to and they all came highly recommending...
