Macquarie Capital vs MM Infra PE which one should I choose?

Hi, I would like to seek advice whether I should choose Macquarie Capital (principal investing role) or one of MM Infra PE (Total AUM ~$20-30bn) out of undergrad position.

Just to be clear, I don't have offers at any of these places yet. But if I were to choose one of these choices, which career choice would be better for me in terms of 1) future career options, 2) salary and 3) MBA options?

I know Macquarie is the biggest name brand in infra, but at the same time it is extremely difficult get into PE out of undergrad, so I was wondering which one would be better option.

I would greatly appreciate your advice!

Just adding to this. In MIRA, and I can say that across Macquarie it seems like B-school isn't a requirement to advance.
