Make redline from PDFs?
Hi guys:
What is the best program to make redline file between 2 PDFs? I've found some good online /free document comparison options for comparing 2 Word documents, but nothing super helpful on 2 PDFs yet, especially if the whitespaces/line changes are different.

I don’t know any, but if I was time constrained and needed a solution, I would convert both documents to word and just redline there. Should be able to do with Adobe Pro as long as the documents are not protected.
