Hello, I'm back with what seems my final add on question.
So if I am charging a management fee on money deployed and I make an investment that we exit for example sake within 12 months and this timeline falls within my Investment Period. Is it typical to reinvest the money and if so do I get to add management fees on the appreciated value of the capital?
Example: $10M commitment Deployed: $5M in month 3 and charging 2% on $5M for a total of $100,000 management fee. In Month 15 we sell the asset for $10M We made 100% in 12 months but my Investment period is not over so I want to redeploy the $10M Is it typical to charge 2% on the 10M or on the original $5 which is the value of the capital call?
