Anyone have insights into the cultures at Marlin, AKKR, Vector, or similar type of MM tech funds? More so just trying to gauge cultures, as I work in a fairly toxic group and trying to avoid a repeat situation. Don’t mind the long hours, more so just looking to avoid another toxic culture at these type of funds. Thanks all.

Consensus gossip is that Marlin went from chill to sweaty and kind of not that robust of a process, my friends at AKKR say it's a bit sweaty but good culture, Vector is sharp elbowed because distressed but sharp and would probably still take it. Personally would take #2 and #3, pref for #2 unless you want the sharp value of #3, would avoid #1 (would have pref'd #1 5 years ago but now... eh)
