Hi all, have a mock sourcing call soon for a GE firm. Have never done a sourcing role and just wondering what to include/not include as part of the conversation? How deep/candid can you be with the founder (i.e., can you ask them their LTM Rev)? And what are some other things to bring up in the conversation to stand out. Any insight would be super helpful!
