Monitoring Fees - what’s normal?
Curious to hear what others generally charge for monitoring fees to their portco’s? Whats normal? Realize it will vary by company size.

In the two portcos I was following more closely it was ratcheted depending on certain revenue / EBITDA thresholds. Anyway, ballpark was ~1% Revenue on one and the other one that was a restructuring case was 0.5% EBITDA margin, switching to a Revenue base fee upon reaching a certain EBITDA margin
