Mubadala - summer associate - worst/ridiculous recruitment procedure ever

This firm is ridiculous. Any people who are trying to recruit for their MBA summer associate shall be aware. It informs you in an written email that all the rounds of the interviews will be done for 1 week. Naturally I did not expect anything after the same week since I did not hear back from them. And then suddenly, they reached out after two - three weeks saying oh this team wants to talk to you, another team wants you to do a model test. I did the model test, logged on the google meet and talked to the people in the team. The interviewer had no ideas whats going on, hadn't read the prompt, and did not know what the next step was. I doubted if the team ever read my model. The HR was super NOT responsive, and did not reply to your email asking for the status at all. They promised and they simply ghosted. 

From a candidate's perspective, whatever the firm promised it should try its best to deliver. If not, at least try to communicate with the interviewer. Don't make false promises, and kept ghosting the candidates email. This said a lot about the firm's culture. The whole procedure was such a mess. I honestly advised that the future candidates do not waste time on a company that treated candidates like this, and spend time on firms that truly respect the candidates
