Navigating HH Outreaches
Haven't even started my analyst job at MBB and already starting to get headhunter outreaches. Honestly am not interested in pursuing PE this cycle (not sure if I want to do traditional PE at all) but don't want to close any windows.
What is the best way to respond to this kind of outreach from HHs?
How do they even find your profile before you even start lol. Is just by ur internship?
Yeah honestly don’t know but literally three have reached out lol
I think you can say something like "Thanks for your outreach. I'm just getting started at MBB but look forward to keeping in touch as I firm up my thoughts on my future career steps."
Makes it clear that you don't want to have a call with them right now but not out of the question for later.
