NDA Question
Can any lawyers here opine on whether indefinite trade secrets are standard / allowed? Is there any limitation on those or is it standard practice to do indefinite?

Not a lawyer and you should consult one - it'll cost you $150-$200 to get a consult with an employment lawyer and they can answer all of these questions and read through the NDA for you. Well worth it.
That said, indefinite trade secret agreements have held up in court, whether or not it is standard depends on industry but it's not uncommon. Trade secrets don't expire
