NDA Question
Can any lawyers here opine on whether indefinite trade secrets are standard / allowed? Is there any limitation on those or is it standard practice to do indefinite?

That said, indefinite trade secret agreements have held up in court, whether or not it is standard depends on industry but it's not uncommon. Trade secrets don't expire
