Need Equity Assistance

My startup, the Tinkermen Lotto Report, is in discussion for programming from a company in exchange for cash and equity: $5k up front, $10k when programming is complete and 15% equity in our business. In exchange for all database programming for the six lotteries that we currently host.

My novice equity question is this, once our two company's form an LLC together, and we want to add additional lotteries from around the world to our database and prediction platform, how much cash or equity is the Tinkermen Lotto Report supposed to handle paying for the additional content added to our platform?

I'm confused on this particular part and don't know how to negotiate for this part of the Partnership Agreement.
