Negotiating Offer Salary

I received an offer last week to join a good buy-side shop which I really want to accept, the only issue is that comp seems to be slightly lower than what I expected (base is 10k lower than what I was initially quoted and bonus range is also a bit on the lower spectrum)

How common is it to negotiate off-cycle offers? Should I just not be greedy and accept the offer as it is? I particularly don't have much leverage but the firm knows that I was in a few other processes (ended up not going anywhere after a few rounds but didn't tell the firm).
