Networking into a PE or GE job
Anyone ever network into a PE job?
Unconventional background so recruiters are a lost cause (credit investing largely sponsor-backed) but think I can sell my experience. Looking for any advice, particularly around:
- off cycle recruiting in general
- how best to connect with experienced professionals (particularly as one myself)
- what will be most important to most convey my capability to do the job
