NYC Funds with Good Vacation

Currently working at a PE fund in NYC and the vacation policy is crap. Most people will take one full week of vacation and a handful of three day weekends and shorter trips. I have friends in Europe (IB and PE) who are guaranteed 5 weeks of vacation, which seems like a more normal amount if you're actually trying to live a bit in your 20s.

With that in mind, are there any funds with more "generous" vacation policies in the US? I've heard that European funds like Partners Group and Ardian have much better vacation packages, but I'd be curious to know of any other notable firms that provide good vacation.
