Was wondering if it was feasible to do an off-cycle internship in Europe if I am only a US citizen. Thanks for any perspective

Highly unlikely because of visa issues and language/cultural skills (or lack thereof). Also, unless you went to Harvard (in which case they might consider you), Europeans prefer to stick to their own schools
Disagree with this, has seen an increase in the number of offer holders from Africa and IVY league in LDN - they are considered. The reason for why there is so few is because few apply. It is 100% possible and with Brexit the visa is likely to be less of an issue, cultural skills is minor.
