Anyone have any sense on what these pension funds in Toronto pay their associates (post 2 years of IB analyst and pre MBA) these days? As well as general lifestyle / hours relative to IB.

“Very good planning prior to the meeting and effective notes that allowed the session to go quickly and effectively. We covered a lot of topics on the resume and I recieved a good amount of notes that I can correct my resume in order to make it more specific for the PE companies I will work with. Was very helpful in the way of bringing out niche skills I have in order to maximise my chances at differentiating myself from more typical IB candidates. Also provided good insights on the MBA process, what is valuable and the WHY side of P.E. which I will go into depth with in my WHY statements that I am going to do. ”

bump. Also wondering what the London / NY offices of these funds pay? I heard they are "competitive" with the street, but does anybody know what that really means?

Looking at the recruiting reviews on GoBuyside I see the following:

CPP Associate base/bonus 110k/100k USD Analyst base/bonus 80k/60k CAD

Teachers: Analyst base/bonus 120k/10k CAD

OMERS: no data

Not crazy helpful but at least that CPP associate data point seems pretty market to me. I'm surprised actually.
