If you want to work in PE, then start reading stuff now. When the firms are ready to hire you, they will call. That’s basically a truism but more or less how I have seen things work in this industry. 

At the very least being smarter on PE, investing and whatever else is required to prep for OCR 2028 will make you a better junior banker and a more valuable financial employee.

What would you recommend to start with to get the ball rolling on recruiting? Have done a little bit of modelling prep and have been talking to HHs through their initial outreach.

 

Yea, just initial meetings tho for them to learn abt my recruiting preferences and to get to know them
