Oncycle 2027 can kick off even earlier

Does it make more sense for oncycles to kick off while in the second semester in senior year? We dont got shit to do during senior year anyways and we get to enjoy our vacation after graduating with the next four years of our life figured out

The way I see it there are definitely folks who prepare throughout senior year that would be ready by May so I don't think it's completely unimaginable that it can push up another month for next on-cycle.

Until it gets to the point where enough candidates sit out that it just doesn't make sense they will keep going earlier.

Let be real, everyone at EB are the hardest of the hardos, same with a third of GS TMT/FIG and MS M&A/Tech/M&C that live and breathe this shit and likely tried to recruit PE FT anyways during their SA. These are the ppl oncycle is targeting and it’s prob better for them if Oncycle occurred during senior year
