I’m a 2nd year analyst lateral in a BB group that is very anti-recruiting. In fact, our VP sent out an email today urging against recruiting. Is there any way to pursue oncycle without your group knowing and without having to disclose your offer if you get one? I know funds will do a bunch of back channel references, but is there any way to mention the group you’re at is very against recruiting for 2 and out?
