Am fairly close with someone there and posted this in another recent thread: returns have to be good as every fund has doubled in size and hit the hard caps. Culture is a little more formal (e.g., suit + tie except Friday) but not toxic. They work hard but the people are respectful and collegial. I don’t know specifics on comp but it’s been alluded to be above market.

close friend works there, comp - very high, culture - sweaty but respectful, performance - very good

Lol at "good performance". Their biggest asset is a dumpster fire (and the last two associates who covered it were fired).

Avoid at all costs.

Yeah I’m sure bad performers double/triple their fund size every time……

non-target, networked a lot but haven't heard back at all maybe will try reaching out again next week
