Paragon One Externship - IB/PE
Is Paragon One valid? Recruiter shared they have a few opportunities in IB/PE. Personally, don't need it as a resume booster but looking for more industry exposure. Would like to hear any views on their programs, format, hours required, deal exposure.

You'll be working with a 3rd party company through Paragon One. The work will probably be more "project-based" than actual deals. Hours could be around 5-15 a week. If you don't need the resume booster, then it might not be worth it since the actual experience you'll gain is not that legit.
