I got a large raise last year alongside a fundraise, and am being told my bump last year was material so I get no increase this year. Firm is a little behind on deployment goals, but generally performing well. Are pay raises standard in private equity at the mid and senior level? Trying to gauge how big of a deal this is. Sounds like my peers are in a similar boat (within the firm).
Carry DAW is solid/slightly above market. Firm trajectory is good.
