Hi all - Does any one have cash and co-invest/carry splits for VPs at top PC/DL funds. Really only interested in MF and larger MM DLs in Tier one cities - NY/SF/LA (I know Chicago and Charlotte funds tend to pay lower sometimes so if you are in one of those cities please flag)
i.e KKR, HPS, Oaktree, Sixth Street, GSO, Ares, ORC, Golub, Varagon, Monroe, WhiteOak, AB PC, Comvest, Bain etc.

$650-$700k total comp for VP1 at MF credit shop. No carry
Is this a BX/Bain/Ares type fund?
Yes. Should have mentioned there’s also co-invest, and you can use leverage through provider they have relationship with.
Is VP1 first year out of b school or incl a Promo? Very good comp
Solid numbers.. you may not know but curious if you've gotten any data points on comp level once you get to the Director & MD/Partner level?
