PE funds & headhunters with women-focused hiring program?

Hi:

What are some PE funds and headhunters that have women’s program, or a hiring focus on women please? I’ve read that KKR is one of them, but curious on if there are other funds (and related headhunters) that are actively trying to hire more women.

Thanks!

I think there are different degrees of formality here. For example, one fund (well regarded MM firm) told me (via recruiter) that they were shifting to "female only" recruiting. They didn't say anything about it on the website, but they clearly had told recruiters to make a priority. I imagine this is a relatively common thing. In general, I think a lot of firms would really like to hire more women (as they should), and the candidate profiling / targeting of their recruiters will reflect this. Hope this helps somewhat!

Out of respect for equality in this day and age, I hope you find nothing. I hope you are evaluated soley on your merits and capabilities, as every other person here would be.
