Incoming analyst and plan to participate in PE recruitment. Overall, feel like an average candidate. I will be at a top BB, top group, non-target school, with an average GPA. But lacking in experience, had one CRE internship and one IB internship. I want to improve my chances of landing at a MF or UMM. Would an internship in PE/VC be helpful, or any recommendations on what PE firms would value?
