PE - Managing banking team

Hi all, first time managing an exit process and not from a banking background. 2nd year PE associate. Asset is fairly large with $1-2bn target value, so it’s a serious process. It’s just the partner and myself day to day, so I need to drive quite a bit. We’ve hired a BB, consultants, etc. and I notice that I’m struggling between not wanting to be too hands-on/micro managing (as I’ll end up everything) and getting the quality we need (haven’t been too impressed so far)

Any tips, tools, processes you recommend to manage the process effectively as a client? Both weekly/daily and longer term advice would be helpful
