PE MBA Admissions
How are MBA admissions looking for this cycle? At my UMM (historically known for good b-school placement), results were so-so with a few H/S admits but also some strikeouts, would say <50% of applicants got in to one of H/S. Everyone who did get in had basically had the perfect app - good undergrad, very high GMAT, good recs, etc.
How did it go at other firms?
Similar/worse outcome at my UMM. Seems like application volume has shot up in past 2 years, leading to a much more competitive pool of applicants.
Bump - curious for more data points. Thinking about applying next year and want to know if things are still bad across industry
Similar type of fund but we had good results. Everyone got into at least one at HSW and two deferred
What about H/S specifically?
