PE Recruiting for Incoming Analysts / 1st year Consultants
I will be joining an MBB firm full-time later this year and wanted to ask about PE recruiting. To be completely honest, I am starting to worry about this because I do not at all understand how the process works. I have heard from other incoming first years who are already beginning to be reached out to from headhunters but I have received no such communication. Clarity on how I can best position myself moving forward would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
