PE Recruiting - how do I prepare ASAP?

LBOs? Case Studies? No idea what PE interviews are like. Any help is appreciated. My stats are terrible from the grand scheme of things but I figured I could give on-cycle a shot since I can always do off-cycle later.

I would strongly recommend not doing oncycle if you're not prepped... If you do poorly HHs will not put you in front of their clients again. It's really not a good spot to be "might as well try" because it will impact future recruiting opportunities.

Just hold off, start casually prepping for offcycle and you can do oncycle next year if you are still looking

I think I will be doing that slow approach you mentioned. The last thing I want to do is make bad impressions on future employers
