Wanted to see if anyone here can speak to hours / comp / culture at Permira Growth (PGO)
Found a few articles on this forum talking a little bit about Permira buyout - very sweaty culture, very sharp, solid pay, etc, etc.
I'm wondering if the above applies to PGO as well.
It does. Expect 80 hours average, frequently ~100.
That said, those hours aren’t THAT unusual. The real criteria to consider is whether those hours are worth it in Menlo Park
