Primer on Legal Terms

Hi all, I work for a renewable energy private equity firm. I have been reviewing legal contracts in depth lately (revenue contracts, purchase and sale, etc.)

anyone have a primer / resources on typical legal terms in these contracts for non-lawyers? bonus points if it’s related to the renewable energy industry, but that’s not required…

For example - trying to understand the nuances of indemnities, representatives and warrants in contracts.

thank-you!!
