Private Credit Interview
Looking for advice on a case study — I have previously worked on middle market leveraged finance transactions with a specific focus in industrial manufacturing / business services.
As part of my case study for a private credit interview, I am being asked to evaluate a dental services organization. I lack healthcare underwriting, so curious to know if anyone can point me to certain risks they’ve seen if they have worked on a similar deal.
